A facility that dry trims will have a different workflow from a facility that wet trims and a third facility that focuses on fresh frozen and freeze drying will have yet a third interface.
CertiCraft also enables cultivators to create their own categories for harvested cannabis. Do you want to call your products “Flower” and “Trim”? Great! Go for it! Do you want “Grade A Bud,” “Grade B Bud,” “Popcorn,” and “Shake”? Sweet, no problem. CertiCraft lets you use your operation’s vernacular so that everything you see on-screen matches how your team thinks and talks about everything in person.

With CertiCraft, we have dedicated workflows for manufacturing edibles & topicals, making prerolls (both infused and regular), creating solventless extracts, producing solvent-based extracts, and packaging. Each of these workflows caters to the unique needs of the processes involved, which hugely reduces the time, energy, and money teams expend to track what they need. In fact, for many teams, our workflows match what they do so precisely that they don’t need training.
We also automate various calculations which significantly speed up the data entry process. For example, when working with edibles and topicals or infused pre-rolls, we automatically calculate the THC and CBD milligrams of your products as they move through their various processing stages. When packaging, we ensure that everything is within the approved tolerance limits that Health Canada has set. This dynamic tracking ensures accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and saves production staff a substantial amount of time and effort by eliminating the need to do those calculations manually. In compliance with the cannabis regulations, CertiCraft's GPP (Good Production Practices) module tackles the critical aspect of ensuring product quality and safety for consumer consumption. Tracking cleanliness, inspections, and maintenance of the overall facility and equipment can be significantly streamlined with our straightforward GPP system. This system provides you with the simplest and shortest forms that Health Canada accepts to meet Part 5 of the Cannabis Regulations so that you can reduce the amount of information that you’re tracking.
What’s more, CertiCraft automatically adds your GPP records to any batch or lot record that should be associated with that record. For instance, if a task like changing an air filter occurs in your drying room, CertiCraft will automatically add that record to every single lot that was in that room at that moment in time. You can also easily associate GPP records with adversely affected batches or lots when the record you’re creating isn’t specific to a particular location at your facility. This auto-association of GPP records with every relevant batch or lot is instrumental in pinpointing potential quality assurance issues.
