Canada boasts a cannabis culture that’s second to none. For decades, thousands of growers grew premium cannabis underground, creating an impressive global reputation for its quality. Being the first country to roll out a medical cannabis program and the second to fully legalize cannabis, Canada seemed set up to lead the global cannabis industry. Instead, licensed cannabis producers have struggled mightily.
