Favourite thing about CertiCraft: “I have to pick 2 things: 1) We can fix our own mistakes!!! 2) The switch was so easy!! You just took our data and gave us a CertiCraft account with all our inventory in there.”
“You know, [redacted] was actually decent for cannabis cultivation. But as soon as we started doing packaging and extraction, problems started to appear... With processing, [redacted] had many bugs, and we did not have a single month where the numbers in their monthly reports actually matched our inventory. We easily wasted 20 hours each month just reconciling the numbers so we could file our CTS report to Health Canada.
“The bugs in [redacted] actually caused problems beyond the system. When the numbers they generated didn’t make sense, we were blocked on being able to create a B-300, and that in turn sometimes blocked us on ordering excise stamps when we really needed them for new orders. Super frustrating and stressful!!”
“It just seemed so easy! And now that we’ve switched, we know we were right with our decision. CertiCraft was so quick to learn! When our Master Grower was going to track his work in CertiCraft for the first time, he asked me how to do what he needed to do. I told him to just do what he thought made sense, and if he really needed, the manuals from the Help Center were very clear. He tried it without the manuals, and got everything right on the first try, then said: 'Wait, that's it?!' It was a beautiful moment.”
“The transition to CertiCraft was amazing!! The system you guys built to take our data and turn it into a ready-made CertiCraft account worked so well! I’ve been involved with other software transitions at other companies, and it was always laborious. There were many more people involved with much more time taken and countless issues.
