"[Redacted] sold themselves as being very user-friendly. When I tried to learn it, there was no clear direction on what steps I was supposed to take and I got lost often. There were too many steps and too many options, and it was so easy to make mistakes that were hard to fix. It got so much worse once we got our processing license! [Redacted] is horrible for processing.

I kept asking them to train me on how to use their system to produce the report, but their customer support refused and instead just made the reports for me... except they gave me inaccurate reports that needed to be fixed, and never on time!
