When teams are working with products that not only require tons of coordination to produce, but are also highly susceptible to damage & degradation, sharing relevant notes with your team is essential. CertiCraft's new notes system makes this easy.     A cultivation assistant might notice some aphids or browning leaves and share a few plant photos from different angles for the rest of the grow team. A master grower might leave a reminder to adjust humidity levels in a grow room. A processing supervisor might upload a photo of shatter that was just a bit too waxy, sharing the oven settings they used and asking the extract artist what to adjust for next time. Clear visible communication keeps teams aligned, reduces mistakes, and helps maintain high standards in the fast-paced cannabis industry.   #### Organized Communication within your Cannabis Seed-to-Sale Tracking Software The CertiCraft notes system continues our tradition of being [the simplest cannabis compliance software](https://certicraft.com/learn/cannabis-compliance/watch-data-entry-in-certicraft-is-easy-with-these-3-steps) by letting you leave notes for your team in the most relevant location. With the ability to add notes, images, and files to any batch, lot, invoice, or non-monetary transfer, the information your crew needs to see is visible exactly where they need to see it. Whether it’s a reminder, a question, a concern, or even just a silly dad joke, the notes system keeps everyone in your team connected. ### Ready to discover how much time, money, and stress CertiCraft can save you and your team?
